I've got a hot rice sock on my lower back right now. If you've never discovered a rice sock, it's amazing and simple. Pour dry rice into a hole-free tube sock, knot the end to keep the rice in the sock, microwave on high (30 sec to 1 min) and then place where you ache.

Completed Wk4Day1 yesterday. I was worried about the 5 min segments but it ended up being okay :)

I didn't see a loss this week but have realized that my weight loss is directly affected by my tracking. The better I track the better I lose. Am working on that this week & continuing morning exercise.

I did not see a loss this week but am hopeful that the extra calories I spent shoveling snow this weekend will help me in the coming days. The yoga felt really good on my sore muscles. Thanks @cemons for the words of encouragement!

I'm down 0.7 lbs this week! I do well tracking during the week but not on the weekend. Got in yoga every day but one this week which is cool since I haven't consistently exercised like this Ever.

Hi! I'm down 0.4 lbs but had a huge cheat day yesterday that I'm working on correcting this week. My biggest win is that I've done 30 min of yoga every morning (except Sunday) for the past 10 days when I wake at 5:30am. I'm finding myself feeling more balanced in my moods and thoughts. I stayed the same this week But I have gotten in 4 days of yoga and am heading downstairs to do today's session. I even woke up before my alarm.

I was pleased to see I lost 1.7 lbs this week! I started eating a slightly larger breakfast and used hot tea as my "stop eating" tool in the evening. On the flip side there is a huge basket of goodies outside my office door that I'd like to do better at avoiding!

Hi! I'm working on dropping 16 lbs to get to a healthy weight. I work full time and have 3 children.
