  • Mom of 3, my youngest is 2, and it has been a struggle to lose the weight. I was able to drop 70 after my first, but after 2 and 3, the extra pounds hung out. I lost 5lbs recently, my goal is 50, but a bad week put them right back on ughhhhh good luck everyone! We got this!
  • Had my daughter a year ago and I have 10lbs to go. I lost a lot of weight the first two months then hit a plateau until recently. I'm motivated to get back into my clothes! Good luck, we can do this.
  • Yes it's possible. But remember calories are different. Having 180 from a snickers bar or 180 from some almonds will break down in your body differently. Try and mind your processed intake and it will help tons! Good luck
  • For me I gained 70 and lost everything but 15 fairly easily. Now after almost a year the a Last 15 ate practically melting off. I believe that it has to do with hormones. Your body is producing food and nutrients for you and baby so don't be hard on yourself. The general rule I have also heard is about 400 calories. Also…
