Sorry, I had forgot to mention I had gained a lot at one point. I went back to 135 in October and had gotten back to 121 in early March. I probably should have mentioned!

my starting weight was 132 pounds (since I joined MFP, starting weight ultimately was 135) and I am 121 currently. I workout 2-4 times a week. (I hope that's what stats mean, haha)

Thanks everyone! I was kinda confused (obviously lol) and I was eating 1200 to lose, not going under. I'm pretty new to this, so I'm glad it's just a fluctuation!

I can completely relate to your situation! I used to be a sugar addict too. The most important rule, however, is not to be militant about it. Don't stop sugar completely. I will allow myself cheat days once a month and it really helps. And don't count the natural sugars like the ones found in fruits. Added sugar is what…
