I love meat and burgers are my weakness but I actually liked the burger. Added a little worchtishire and garlic salt. I’m 5’4, 144 pounds and 36. I had been at 1200 a day doing kickboxing 4 or 5 times a week and couldn’t seem to loose anything past 6 pounds so I just recently went up to 1400 after reading up on my BMR. I would like to loose 10-15 more pounds, and tone up. So hopefully this works! Getting a bit frustrated

I get crazy cravings sometimes. Especially for greasy cheeseburgers or pizza. I have found healthy alternatives for both but sometimes I end up giving in and then it completely throws me off for a while and I feel sick at my stomach. I try to remember that feeling when I get cravings and eat the healthy alternative instead…

Hi! I weigh myself every few weeks first thing in the morning. The number doesn't move too much but the inches I loose are what keep me going! I usually do kick boxing. It's a mix of everything and kicks my butt. I usually work out in the morning and eat about and hour before. Bread or carbs, banana, and protein. Usually turkey or peanut butter. Thanks for the info guys! I'll try the half calories thing! :)
