Hi all! I read all the time limit your salt and sodium intake. It just sits in your middle. I also read if you sweat a lot then your body needs more salt. When I log my exercise should I stay with my daily 1200 cals and not pay attention to calories out?
I'm confused. I feel like I should stay with my 1200 daily calories without the exercise calories out to loose weight. What works best for you guys?

What is your fave fitness tracker and why?
I've been searching for a good fitness tracker but had problems in the past with trackers counting steps while I'm wiping counter tops or stuffing envelopes. I'd like to try and track calories burned as I work out. What's your favorite tracker and why do you love it?? <3

Is it worth it? I'm always a bit cautious when it comes to automatic payments especially if it is randomly charged a year later. Is it a one time thing or renewal? Has anyone had issues or do you think it's worth it?
