Bacon is a good low carb low sugar snack. I love bacon. Cheese sticks are pretty good too. Celery with Cashew butter and cinnamon is the bomb (that'll have about 6g of sugar for 2tbsp butter and 3 sticks of celery). Bison Bars by Epic are really yummy: https://epicbar.com/products

Bacon bacon bacon. I eat a lot of it on the weekend when I have time! Also, full fat Greek yogurt (the fatter it is the fewer carbs it has), cottage cheese, avocado (on toast since that's your thing) with tomato or perhaps more bacon? Protein shake with strawberries and almond butter? It's like a PBJ!

Best ever broiled fish: 1 whole fish gutted 1 lemon 2 tbsp kosher salt 2 tbsp fat of choice Herbs/spices of your choice (I like to do an Italian mix with lots of garlic!) Directions: 1. Move oven rack to the top and set oven to broil. 2. Place a large baking sheet under the broiler with fat smeared in the area the fish…

Deadlifts and squats can increase endurance too, though I'd advise shifting from 60 minutes of cardio to shorter sprint bursts. Just a suggestion, but Google "marks daily apple sprinting" and you'll get a nice article on that. Diet: just from what I see, it looks like too little fat. I bet you're getting hungry and eating…

I'm also curious why you want low fat snacks. If I snack (I typically don't need to) I go for something high fat/protein and lower (5-30%) carbs. It also tastes amazing. Not exactly what you're looking for but: Epic brand Bison bars: Super portable, 200 calories w/ 12g fat - 11g protein - 10g carbs. They're awesome too!…

My go-to snacks: - Epic brand Bison Bars (200 cals, mostly protein and fat) - Carrots with cashew or almond butter - Macadamia nuts (moderate here, it's easy to eat 600 cals in just macadamias) - Protein shake with natural force organic whey, coconut milk, and frozen berries - Lara bars (they're all pretty awesome and…

That would make sense. Olives are a lot of fat, and fat satiates.

It's not "low calorie", but when I really want chocolate, I go for 85% dark by Lindt, the excellence brand. It only has 5 ingredients, and it destroys my craving.

You need to experiment with your macros and dietary intake. No body fits into a one size for all cookie cutter diet. You need to mess with your fat/carb/protein levels and calorie needs. I've been experimenting for the past 2.5 years and finally feel I've found something that works. 40-60% fat, 25-40% protein, and 5-35%…
