Hi all,

I need a bit of inspiration - I get home from work and by then I am really hungry! I eat lots of fruit for breakfast and during the day, so I need a few equally healthy alternatives. What do you recommend as a healthy snack please?

Thanks so much!

This might sounds crazy, but I eat a few green olives while I'm cooking dinner and they always seem to take the edge off my hunger so I don't spoil things before we eat.

That would make sense. Olives are a lot of fat, and fat satiates.

    My go-to snacks:
    - Epic brand Bison Bars (200 cals, mostly protein and fat)
    - Carrots with cashew or almond butter
    - Macadamia nuts (moderate here, it's easy to eat 600 cals in just macadamias)
    - Protein shake with natural force organic whey, coconut milk, and frozen berries
    - Lara bars (they're all pretty awesome and 180-240 calories each)
    - Apple w/cashew or almond butter

I'm ALWAYS getting fat in my snacks, if I do snack. It keeps me super full and happy.
