Just jump right in and start recording - there are a few instructions on the first page. My goal is not to eat past 7.30pm and I've managed for 10 out of the past 11 days... Me 10 : LNS 1 This is my first snack challenge and I've found it really motivating!

Day 10 done... Looking forward to lower numbers tomorrow! I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or right but I haven't felt sore at any point (yet). Maybe it's because I'm doing all three plus another challenge so I could be stretching more?

Day 7 done. I was ill on sat so doubled up 5&6 yesterday... Today I am feeling it... Especially doing the dips. Only managed two full press ups - I would like to be able to do 5 good ones by the end of the month.
