Day 1 A-L-G - done! The numbers on the glutes planner were a little daunting this morn so I split them and did half then and half tonight. Not sure if that was the right thing or not but it got the job done. All in all it only took a few minutes so I may try it in one go tomorrow.

Morning everyone! D1 - done.. Only took two mins but i can feel it. Managed one full press up... Then had to do the rest on knees. Will keep trying them though!

Weigh in: 12/09 - 164lbs 18/09 - 162lbs 23/09 - 162lbs - must try harder 03/10 - 162lbs - frustrated 10/10 - 161lbs - yeah 4weeks in and 3lb down - I also measure my wobbly bits : arms, back, bust, belly, hips and thighs and I'm down 17cm in total. Really pleased this week.

Morning - great news on exercise!! I didn't get as far as doing with weights but enjoyed having a challenge - to get it done! I'm same on a night... You up for a 'don't eat anything after 7.30pm' challenge? This will be a killer for me but I might drink more water this way too!
