I have, for some time. But during previous months until I joined MFP I think I had more. I just didn't count. Now as everybody advised me to do so, I try to reach 1200.

I mean, If i see that this is not going well, why should I wait for 90 days to change something? A shorter time would be enough to see if I'm doing the right thing and adjust accordingly. I suppose.

Oh, I'm not afraid of carbs, but I have too much of them daily. As well as fats. See And when I cook pasta I can't just eat plain boiled spaghetti, there need to be sauce, cheese, ham etc etc, so it's definitely not a healthy option for me)

When I think of anorexia I think of people that are so so so much skinnier than me. We don't really have therapists here who can consult on such matters and anyway, I have so much bigger problems than my attitude to food. Well, as far as I think. Thank you for your support! :blush:

I'm 5'4 if it helps. I will be trusting the tape measure more in the future, though that today's weighing really shocked me. I was expecting to see something like 56, as that is the way I feel. I was wrong and that made me sad(

I'm thinking that my way of life doesn't require energy at all. As I have previously said, I spend 15 hours a day motionlessly at the desk, weekends included.
