I came back from summer vacation and my "before and after" got better :D I hope you don't mind me posting this 6 months difference. 5'4. 1. 144 lbs, waist 33in, hips 46in. 2. 123 lbs, waist 25in, hips 35in.

I always have a small piece of cheese and a huge cup of milk before bed (not a good recipe for those lactose-intolerant huh :D ). It costs me 200 calories and makes me content:)

I didn't notice more attention than usual, but then I suddenly start getting messages from my ex's and other guys who knew me "before", telling me what great shape I am in now. It's probably due to numerous gym pics I post on instagram :D

I hate running too! I can't control my breathing, my heart rate goes up to 180, I immediately have pain under my ribs. And the weather. I prefer ellpitical too. When the moves are smooth I don't get pain in my knees or in the sides and the who;le thing is much more in control.

I just always remember my mother. She is overweight and doesn't take any care about her appearance at all, but she's always so eager to judge the slightest flaws in other people. People are there in the gym to work as hard as they can and sweat, and if they don't, it means they are wasting time there.

2000 as daily goal seems quite a lot, I wonder how you got that. Do you have a very active way of life? And looks like you are eating way less veggies than you should be.

So it's been over two weeks that I upped my calories intake. My weight didn't change at all, my measurements didn;t change either. 134 lbs, waist 69 cm, hips 98 cm. (Photos on the top post and here community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/comment/32289357/#Comment_32289357 ) And this is around now So... Em... I don't know.…

Thank you for the support guys!

Thanks for adding me and for the support! I wasn't too clear in my post, I meant as I had to leave my home and city, now I live in a small town and nobody, literally nobody knows me here. Apart from the landlady, but I can't imagine her commenting on my looks :D

I never thought kettlebell is any different from the usual weight... Thanks!

I still haven't reached my goal and my change is quite small by now, but here it goes I'm 5'4

I never jog or run. It loads your joints a lot and if you have the slightest problem with knees or hips, it's going to get worse, like in my case. But I skip rope:)

As research show, drinking green tea 3 times a day really increases your metabolism. By 4%. That means losing extra 3 kilos a year. It's definitely a good thing, but doesn't make that much of a difference.
-
Sounds amazing, doesn't it?;)

Meat is much more expensive here and I can't afford it other than 1/2 breast in a day( So I really miss meat!
-
chicken+cucumbers+green apple+parsley and dill+greek yogurt+mustard. Sooo delicious!

Thank you! Yeah, I'll think of those meals as of useful protein. I can't wait to finally eat as much meat as I want! No boiled chicken breast :D
