It does work of course its going to work you are replacing your meals with a low calorie shake ... I would say it's a quick fix and not recommended for long term use. To me it seems like an expensive version of slim fast .... that's just my opinion though.

Mine is an Insanity class at the gym its a 45 minute class no 10 minute breaks 30 seconds break in between each set of four exercises then a minute break for the instructor to explain the next set of 4 exercises if that makes sense To be honest with these sort of classes I do not think you can get an accurate calorie…

Bring your own lunch in prepared the night before, buying lunch everyday costs a fortune and this way you know exactly what's in your meal. Lentils can be eaten hot or cold you could take lentils to mix with fish or meat. cous cous is also a good one you don't need to heat up.

I do the class once a week, pace yourself through the first set . When you come out you will feel exhausted but week after week it gets easier and you will find your right pace. Hope you enjoy it

you could always try fish like Tuna or Salmon, or for more meaty dishes Turkey and chicken. Almonds are a good source of protein to add to salads or as a snack or even with your breakfast (seed/ crushed almonds on porridge. )
