First time attending an Insanity Class today - I'm a bit nervous!

Hi All
I'm attending my first ever Insanity class today and its the only exercise I've done with such high intensity.
I'm a little nervous because I don't know what to expect.
Any tips for me to ensure I get the best out of my first session? or tips on what not to do etc...
Thanks, Kel

YouTube the insanity workouts if you want to have a look, or the infomercial that's always on tv?0

I do the class once a week, pace yourself through the first set .
When you come out you will feel exhausted but week after week it gets easier and you will find your right pace.
Hope you enjoy it0 -
Go at your own pace, don't try to keep up with anyone else. The class is different than the videos in that they are divided into three blocks of four exercises instead of two. Plus there's an additional core block at the end.0
