  • I'm not 100% vegan, but I try to eat many of my meals without dairy. Some of the items aren't vegan but you can likely make them vegan by using vegan cheese, or vegan meat substitutes. This is just what I have been eating lately. In the winter it tends to change and I'll eat things like warm oatmeal, soups and chili, etc.…
