I lost 80 pds on keto...got depressed and have just about put it all back on. But I am back in the game now.

I do IF 16/8 every day of the week and do a 24 hour at least once a week, usually 2 though.

I want to break out of the 300's soooo bad! I am down 34 pounds in 2 months right now, so definitely on the right track. I am more motivated than ever!

I do total carbs and not net. So I do 20 total carbs a day and add fat to EVERYTHING! Bacon grease, coconut oil, olive oil, etc....Got to really watch your sugars and the types you use. Leanne Vogul on YouTube is a wealth of information.

I've been doing it for 2 months and I am down 33 pounds. The only exercise I do is DDP Yoga. You can follow me if you'd like to see my diary of food every day. I am doing IF so I only do 2 meals though.
