Thanks guys. I made it over a huge hurdle this morning. Someone brought donuts into the office. I want one SO bad but I haven't taken one. I had my oatmeal with a banana and coffee. Next hurdle is free lunch Friday. *biting nails*

I'm a mom to an 11 year old. I need to lose about 50 pounds but I know I have to do it slow and looking to lose maybe 20 pounds by March. Possible? I hope so but I'm high maintence and will need a lot of support. :)

I would love to have a mentor as well. I was down to 169 and in the past year got my but back up to 195. I'm so mad at myself. I would love to gt down to 150 but I need support which I'm finding hard to find. :(
