  • I log it under "Dancing, aerobic, ballet or modern, twist" It is a little more modest than what Zumba lists but I rather under estimate than overestimate. It's great exercise though, and so much fun!

  • You can do it (although you look amazing now!) !!! This post made me laugh because my license is the same way-with my pre baby, high school weight listed! :wink: One can dream!!!
  • I would ask your doctor to check your Liver and Pancreatic function to make sure you don't have more serious complications. It took me three visits to the ER until they finally caught on that I had a gallstone stuck in my common bile duct and pancreatitis as a result. :)
  • I just had my gallbladder removed a week ago (glad its gone!) Funny enough my biggest trigger wasn't fatty foods, it was caffeine, carbonated drinks and alcohol. Good luck!! I don't think there is any pain worse than gallbladder pain and I gave birth to 2 ten pound babies!! :)
  • I would of loved for it to be that simple! A gallbladder cleanse is actually something that I considered, but due to the size of my gallstones (they are large) it is contraindicated to do. There is a risk my stone could get stuck in my common bile duct and cause pancreatitis again. I will discuss it with my surgeon this…
