  • :) It's great to see your progress. Well done. I don't talk about it with friends or family. I've done that in the past and I constantly felt pressure like every morsel I put in my mouth was being judged. I prefer using this I have goals and some accountability without the pressure.
  • Thanks ladies it's nice to feel like you're not alone. A really good point by Suruda, that if this is my biggest worry in life, life ain't that bad. I've done quite a bit of traveling in 3rd world countries and it is interesting to see how other cultures focus on food. Something to remember when feeling gluttonous.
  • I'm on day 2 as well and I share your enthusiasm. It's a great feeling to be in control, to be the master.
