Well, here we are, in June and I've only lost ~10 pounds. I started Keto two months ago and I attribute my ability to stick to a plan and the weight loss to that entirely. I'm disappointed in myself but am just going to keep on keeping on.

Well, I didn't lose 20 pounds.. I just hit the 140 mark last week. Have to work a lot harder.

This is finally feeling easier. I'm down to 20:4 IF Cravings are minimal, hunger is minimal Still not feeling overly energetic but I'm sure it will come Just started magnesium supplements and upped my water intake I can do this WE can do this

I've been doing IF the last week + but this morning, for some reason, I woke up with the urge to eat. Not out of hunger, just this insatiable urge to put food in my mouth. Shoot, I'm sorry, I should have clarified.. I can be bad with almond butter too :3 that one scoop will almost always end up being 2 or 3 (that's usually my biggest weakness) I guess I don't snack on inherently "bad" things. But I'll take an excessive amnt of almond butter or eat a Larabar at ten pm.
