Yes to all 3. 2 walks and hit for 10 mins. Accounting for everything is so hard but makes you think about what you should and should not eat.

I was doing active recovery today but have done a brisk walk. Tried to keep at 14 mins per mile. Can’t seem to get it less. 1 hour. 350 calories 8400 steps. Calories yes but worse choice today as had an almond muffin. Fruit and honey. Starting sugar challenge on 14th. Tracked yes.

Hi. Sorry. 5-2 is 2 days 800 calories and 5 days normal eating?? I do 16-8 at least 4 days a week but unsure if other methods are better??

Exercise - yes. Had to do you tube session in hotel then went for a walk. Tracking - yes. Ate my planned chicken salad. Will finish with fruit and yoghurt for the day. Calories - I’m within my allowance for the day. So far ok.

Hi sorry. Starting the 1st. I will be away in a hotel with my family so will need to do my exercise there first thing. We are then eating out. I have already scanned the menu for a salad. But must start as I mean to go on. Good luck all.

Hi all Sorry. Forgot to add yesterday. Lots been going on. I'm pleased though as a loss. Managed to exercise 4 days. Good luck for next week. I would love to train am but don't have the time at present as doing extra hours at work. So will have to make it count tonight. KLD145: 12lbs - 2lbs = 10lbs to go.

Hi all The week is not going bad so far. I have managed to exercise 3 days. Gym and classes and have walked 30 minutes a day in between. May have had a few too many carbs one day

Hi So far it is you and I. Welcome. Hopefully others will join us. If not we will do this. Can't wait to fit in to a little black dress. I will keep you informed how I go this week. I will be exercising and cutting back on carbs this week after stuffing myself today.
