I need to lose 10lbs. I have also been on 1200. The macro calculator says my bmr is 1450. My TDEE is 1670 and to lose weight -500 is 1170 a day. I train with some walks, small runs and hiit/Pilates. That would then be 223 calories for the 30 mins. Then another 3.7 miles walk. So another estimate of 220 calories. So at least 440 calories. The link above says 513 for whole amount. So 200 calories on MMW seems very low and disheartening.

I think it’s totally wrong. I have been on lots of exercise sites and it says 30 min run 10 mins a mile is around 300 calories. Today I did that plus an hours fast walk. So 1.5 hours and only 200 calories on map my walk. Really. Is now putting me off using it.

I have been unable to log in to FNP for a few days. But have done all 3.

Pass day. Started really well. 400 calorie burn but went over my upper calorie allowance. Feel so bad. Oh well tomorrow is another day. It’s nuts for me. I have eaten them all and will have to not buy any more until I can control amount. Most days I can but just lately I want to eat more and more of them.

I ran. I walked bi did hiit and Pilates. But have to take a pass day as I went over my upper limit by 200 calories. Feel so bad. But even though I ate healthy I ate too many nuts and had apiecevof chickpea loaf. Oh dear.

Agree I try to always stay positive on a Monday. Yes to all 3. Started my March challenge couch to 5. Felt good when I had finished.
