Sorry autumn leaf. Just saw your message. I can’t stand the taste and not sure it makes much difference. Lucky I’m not a big diary eater. Just like a bit of Greek yoghurt. May try lactase tablets when I fancy it. See if that works.

I’m just starting FODMAP. First few days. Had a few hiccups but getting there. I can’t take lactose and hate the alternatives. Is Greek yoghurt ok. ???It’s processed different to other diary. But feeling slightly better already. Have to check all products though.

I did well on exercise. I have reported in mfp but slightly over my allowance so pass 2 today. Oh dear. Will need to be very careful now and very accountable. Lol

Yes all 3. Was supposed to do long walk but had to force a hiit session in end of day as had hospital appointment, picked a friend up for coffee as she had just come out of hospital. Then shopping. Plus a blustery rainy day. 😟😟. But at least I did something.

£50 is a lot. Would need to be miracle tablets for me to pay that. I will try the bottle I have. Ask the dietician next week for their recommendations. What’s the best FODMAP app. The 2 recommended both cost around £5.
