  • Yes to all 3. I’m doing a walk challenge so having to motivate myself to exercise most days. I’m really paying attention to macros. So doing calories in a lower and upper bracket. Usually get around half way well within bracket. Also doing intermittent fasting. I don’t need breakfast so works for me.

Now can’t eat anything else anyway and feel sick. Tracking daily. But unsure whether to go premium for a further kick.
