Jenny Craig is a total waste of your money. You can buy the same processed foods they have at coop grocery store. I showed my wife at first she didn't believe me but then took pictures of the labels. Hogwash.....I eat 1-2 bananas every day along with 2 apples maybe sub it for a orange or grapes. I've lost 65 lbs in the last 7 months with the help of eating all this high nutrients.

I just changed my song from 1 lb a week to maintenence and boom it gave me maintenance then went back and changed it to the 1 lb a week again. It's easy, of you choose to search the net you can find 10 does snd get 10 different values.

I'm exactly that weight and height but with a smaller waist. I do strength training and running as I come down from 248lbs. I have set my goal weight at 160 so when i switch to maintenence it will give me a little room for a bump to 165 my true goal. I looked it up and the BMI table says that our ideal weight is 161lbs.…

You are going to come to a point where you will be in a lot of trouble. Your organs will start to shut down as you drain your body of all it's nutrition. You cannot and will not survive on so little calories for long. You must bump up your calories to minimum 1200/day just to stay healthy. Health first and then weight loss…
