They set you up for failure, so you'll go back for more after you hit goal on thier under stated calorie food. After you hit goal and start eating at what you think is maintenance. The fruit and veggies you eat will put you on a calorie surplus. Failure.

That's about 29lbs in 3 1/2 months is doable, but will require strict calorie deflict of 2 lbs per week. The strick part is as you loose weight it gets harder to maintain 2 lbs a week lose. One that has been tested with weights. When checking on weight loss stick to the same scale all the time. If you do this it makes no difference of it's off a bit as ypur loss will still show. Measuring tapes tell the truth and there all the same.

Keep doing your calorie deflict plus excersise is really good with lots of benefits. Just remember you CANNOT control where the fat comes off it falls where it fall good luck

It is also possible you are eating at or around maintenence, with the added excersise would run a small deflict accounting for the burn. All this will slow down soon, so keep weighing your food and concentrate on tracking. As far as a scale i like a measuring tape it tells all. Good luck

MFP will grant you about 240 calories per hour doing weight training. I usually do 1.5 hours so i only log an hour 7
