Mine was completing over 1200kms running 🏃🏻 outside. With Covid shutting down the gyms hit me into running outside a lot. The problem now is its below freezing temperatures so back to the treadmill. I did feel really great with my summer runs.

The scale is just numbers if your eating lots of sodium, drinking bcaa-supplement or pre workout your body and muscles will retain lots of water. Your best friend can be a cloth measuring tape it don't lie.

Try to get most of your protein from your foods. Drinks,bars and others are just to make up what you didn't eat from your meal

Diet comes first, exercise is more for good health. Don't take me wrong exercise will help burn more calories and is great for firmness of the body.

All excersises are effective in their own way. A great verity of exercise is more effective for over all body health. Where you exercise is not as important as accountability is to yourself. Stick to where and what you like because that's what you will continue to do.

I've been doing this for awhile now maintenance for a year and a half. I find it helps to be in contact helping others as it helps me stay focused. I'm 60 I do about 10-12 hours of cardio a week snd 6-7 hours of weight training a week. Hope I can keep up to ya's

Everyone is at the gym for their own reason. They want to get/stay fit maybe build muscle or just burn calories so they can have a piece of cheese cake. I am there for all of the above lol

I'm about 2 1/2 - 3 hr I exercise 4 days then 1 day off on average 45 - 50 min run 60-75 min weight training 50-60 min one of the elliptical type machines

I like to go swimming on my rest day now and I don't record it, I just enjoy it.

Just remember nobody can do everything there is to do in the gym in one day. If cardio is your thing, jump on something and look around put a plan together set some goals.

Which ever one you choose it's an expense, I suggest you go to the YMCA or other gym and try the different ones available. After a month you can safely make your investment. All exercises are great but the greatest is the one YOU like. That will keep you going

If your running shoes are nice and light make sure your laces are not tight only snug up the top two eyelets but not to tight
