Stop thinking of this as a diet, it's a lifestyle you need to be committed to healthy eating for the rest of your life. I'm not saying you can never eat sweets again but learn your limits and stick to it.

Life style just have to accept it. I've been maintaining my weight for about 8 months now. It works because I changed my life style to a healthy one with good food and exercise. I stick around MFP to encourage others to do the same thing and the encouragement I get from others for continuing my exercise plan.
