No offense but please take your opinions elsewhere. I don't tell overweight people they are unhealthy and I'm not even underweight. Nor would I be if I lost 5-10 lbs

No judgment taken. 5'11 is very different than 5'9. While maybe you looked too thin, I am two inches shorter than you so it's a big difference on me

Not that I don't want to drop 5 lbs cuz I do! But I am reevaluating my goals and aiming for 125 lbs and after I will start bulking and adding muscle til I get to 130 but with 5 lbs added solid muscle

Thanks binky boink! Thyroid issues suck.. I have been on meds for them for a while and they're helping. I don't tell most people about my issue but people always have wondered why I was so thin ( in high school) and why I eat so much. It's frustrating because most people don't understand.

And when it comes to clothing size.. I'm already a 2 and have no desire to be a 0, so I am not aiming for a clothing size. Even if I do lose the two inches I want, I will still be a 2. I have a strong adversity to being a 0, because on my frame and at my height it is way too thin for me

I hope I don't look awful :( I do know I have a small frame because my wrist is 4 inches. My arms are 9 and my thighs are about 19 inches. I think to tone up I would need to lose weight.. I'm not comfortable at this weight. Even just 5 lbs would make me feel better in combination with weights

Oh and I wear size 2, but I think that's largely due to vanity sizing... I do not think I look like most size 2s. I'm way curvier and I have a rather large chest ( C cup) which is prob another 3-5 lbs lol

Ahh thanks for the update! I'm at 136 now. Dropped another 2 lbs ! :# Just when I wanted to give up I pushed harder. Im eating 2000-2200 Net calories and working out for 60-120 Minutes a day.
