Period massively threw me off plan
I ate the same amount and worked out my usual 1-2 hours a day and still gained 5 lbs. I'm seriously upset and want to give up. I dont know what to think! My period just ended today and I am still up five lbs? Should I work out an extra hour today and cut calories? I could probably lose it all today .. But that would suck.…

Need help deciding which gym to join: la fitness or world gym
Does anyone have experience with either of these gyms? I'm having a hell of a time choosing. La doesn't have a year contract which appeals to me since I work out outside most of the time in the warmer months, but la overall has better equipment than the worlds gym by me and also has a pool. How many calories should a very active woman eat on a rest day.. Confused! Help!
So I typically eat 3500 calories a day and I run for 1-2 hours everyday plus other activities like yoga, swimming, cycling etc. This is for me to LOSE weight. I'm also fairly tall. I lost 5 pounds in under 3 weeks!!!

I eat twice a day, once when I wake up and then again somewhere between 12 and 5pm. I never eat dinner because I'm not hungry at night.
