I eat twice a day, once when I wake up and then again somewhere between 12 and 5pm. I never eat dinner because I'm not hungry at night. I run in the night time or evening too which makes me feel sick if I eat after or before running. I run about 8 miles a day ( which probably adds to the hunger) and I exercise on top of that. Basically I do about 120 minutes of intense cardio everyday plus about 30 minutes of walking or yoga. I am so starving when I wake up after not eating for almost 24 hours that I NEED to eat everything lol. Today I ate 3 toaster scramblers, guava juice, a v8 energy drink, and a ham and cheese sandwich = 1055 calories. I feel absolutely full and content and I know I will until later this afternoon.. Does anyone else ( specifically an athlete) frontload their calories like this? I have only lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks but I have dropped about 2 inches off my waist doing this. I'm concerned that I can eat so much at once :O

Oh and just to mention my daily calorie burn from exercise alone is about 800-10000
