yeah I ate a LOT of cauliflower. I was so hungry and I love the stuff! But yes I think its just vegetables and fruit

don't think you really need a rest day from walking. humans are supposed to walk! Have a rest day from the more strenuous activity (well done for all that by the way!) - thats what'll be making you tired. If you really don't feel like walking don't but you don't actually NEED a rest day..

Thanks! I never log my exercise because although this site has helped me lose 3-4 pounds, its calorie burned info is WAY over estimated!

Thanks, if 1200 calories a day is what it needs to be thats what ill do... Just bit disappointing and energy levels plummeting before during and after training
