What sort of trainers do u have!? I've had all sorts over the years and never really had bad shin splints... but since ive had nike runs i have shin splints after running!!

Yes I had the same problem - I put all my weight sessoins under cardio and name it 'Weights' and for every 10mins I put 25kcal... I know its more than that put at least I've calculated the minimum possible bcz it depends how much u do, the effort u put in etc...

Well done Harriet! I'm not sure - I'm 10st 11lb and i have 1300 on a rest day and 1600 on a training day - It's my first week so it's trail and error for me! But when I was 9 st 7lb i was having roughly the same amount...
