I got a bit of keto-flu my first week. I read after the first week that water and maybe more salt would have eased it. That said, I got through it with headache powders. Best,

pre-logging helps me avoid impulse and reward eating. i'm on hflc (80% fat) and prelogging is the only way i've been able to reach my daily goal.
