What are your stats? Age? Weight? Height? There are days in your diary where you are eating more than 2000 calories and foods that are not weighed. I'd say this is where you are going wrong. I'm not going to bring up Dr Oz :s Eta: I see that you eat a lot if not all of your exercise calories, what kind of exercise are you…

Well you need more patience. Since you only have 10 lbs to lose you should only be losing about .5 lbs a week. You also need to be extremely accurate with your logging, doesn't matter if you are clean eating or not, it's about calories. Weight all your food on a food scale in grams for better accuracy and again, be…

Yes I'm always hungrier on days I lift.

I save 200 calories for something once the kids go to sleep (usually a protein bar). I have had no problem losing weight this way, meal timing means nothing for weight loss.
-
What? Huh? You're supposed to have at least two meals, iftarr (breakfast at sunset) and suhoor (before sunrise), you can also eat how ever many meals you want in between these two times. I'm going into maintenance, but I don't have any of these cultural high calorie, stomach acid inducing Ramadan foods that Pakistanis and…

this is the second time you've posted this.

I always eat a protein bar hours after dinner. I pre plan and make sure I have room for it.

@JessicaMcB I see a difference in all three as well. In pic B your thighs and stomach have slimmed down noticeably. Anyways great job, you obviously worked very hard to get to where you are today.

Hi, I'm 32 and a mom of three (8,7 and 2.5 yrs). I've been on MFP for 2 years, my weight has been up and down, but still in a healthy range and now I'm almost at maintenance. Right now I'm more focused on exercising.

Congrats on losing 45 lbs, that is a huge accomplishment, I don't know why you would get discouraged. You look at yourself in the mirror everyday of course you're not seeing results. The scale is proof that you're on the right track. I'm sure your clothes are fitting differently.

Eating clean or eating junk food doesn't really matter when it comes to losing weight, it's about calories. However, eating "clean" nutrient dense food is better for you and baby, don't deprive yourself of a piece of cake or a cookie once in a while.

oreo thins, mini chocolate bars, halo top

I have no idea how big that plate is, should have put a coin or your hand beside it. Anyways, 500 calories?

My husband got a bunch of this stuff for free from work, bleh it's weird that's all I have to say. I prefer real peanut butter, the fat in it alone would probably make it taste better in a crepe.

Thoughts? Save your money, buy yourself something else.

No, just like one day of eating well won't give you the body you're after.
-
The general rule is to eat an extra 500 calories a day if baby has not started solids yet. When I was EBF I was eating 2300 calories a day, losing .5 lbs a week and was really only 10 lbs from goal weight. Strength and resistance training are going to help you lose weight and "tone up". I don't know what you have access…

B+, didn't realize it's rare for where I live too...I never looked it up until this thread, pretty interesting.

You gave your age and height, but not your weight so it's hard to say much else other than listen to your doctor.

Did you set your weight loss goal to 2 lb/week?

So this! On days when my hunger was insane, these were a lifesaver. 30 calories for the whole bag. I add half a can of tomato sauce on top and sprinkle with cheese. With these ingredients it came to about 200/250 calories. ETA:I'm also a big proponent of everything in moderation, but when your having one of those days go…

I live 2 km from my nearest grocery store, I walk there regularly, unfortunately they don't have the most variety or the best prices. The next closest grocery store is probably 5 km away, but not walker (or cyclist) friendly.

As suggested already walking is a great start. Leslie Sansone has a tonne of walking videos on youtube, they are actually pretty fun.

There are a lot of carb foods that reduce bloating. Citrus fruits, pineapple, melons, cooked vegetables...etc. Also, drinking lots of water helps too especially if the high fat and high protein foods you are eating contains a lot of sodium, because excess sodium is guaranteed to make you bloated.

Your maintenance calories are 2700? How are you measuring your calorie intake? Are you weighing and measuring your food? As for calorie burn are you eating back any of those calories? MFP and esp machines over inflate those numbers, don't trust them. The chart above is really helpful ^^^.
