What is your current program like? I think switching up your routine might be a good idea. I know some people find it helpful to calorie cycle as well or even carb cycle. I'm back to my busy schedule. I had 5 classes back to back yesterday and I did not get a chance to eat a snack until 4pm. I want to lose weight but my ultimate goal is to make this lifestyle longlasing. I always last 2-4 months before I get sidetracked and I end up sabotaging all my hardwork.

I've been doing better the past two days. Truthfully I'm worried because I start back school tomorrow which has always been the time I back track and gain all the weight I previously lost. This time I'm going to try to stay focused and not let the stress stop me from exercising and eating too much.

I've been doing horrible. I have been able to keep my workout routine but I am eating way too much. So obviously I am canceling all my hardwork by eating poorly. I really need to work on my self control.

Hey everyone, Sorry I didn't post yesterday. I was able to do an hour of yoga and I had veggies with all my meals. My goal has been to eat more veggies so that is what I will focus on. I'm also trying to improve my strength. I will weigh in on saturday.

First week back with eating healthy and 6 day of the shred and I am already down 3 pounds.

I would count it as day 5 since you only did it for 4 days. I will only being do the shred 6 days a week. I do not count my off day. Right now I am on Lvl 1 Day 6. I started Tuesday and will be taking Sundays off. I will do the shred Monday-Saturday. Sunday is for yoga or pilates.
