  • Hey, if it's any help, after losing 35 kg 6 years ago I put on 10 kg about 9 months ago, and have maintained since then, and am still here. I find being in here keeps me doing all those healthy habits that stick to maintenance. Maybe just aim to maintain for a while, not lose.
