What has helped isn't miralax, but benefiber, which is a soluble fiber that is tasteless... I drink plenty of water, and once a day, one of the waterbottles I add a couple teaspoon... dissolves even in icewater and isn't noticable when I drink. You could even cook with it (add it to soup or sauce). No issues from that, but…

It's been said, but definitely look at any prepared food - either restaurants (I'm a chef, and it's hard not to use what's too much dietary salt without complaints of "bland"), but also grocery store, even the "healthy" meals, and soups, even brothy ones can seem like they wouldn't be to bad but load you up for the whole…

As long as you're honestly recording and tracking and staying on track, I wouldn't worry too much…

The way the new heart-rate monitors on these items is to watch for a very faint change in the pigmentation of the skin when the heart beats and blood flow briefly increases (and why people who wear them over tattoos have issues). Should be able to read over any bare skin body part.

I know the feeling - I'm a chef, and there are bowls of extra fries and potato chips, cheese, sausage, soda... all just lying around. And I can resist as long as I am actively thinking of resisting; once I get distracted, I find I'm mindlessly snacking. One thing that's really helped is to make myself a rule to write down…
