I'm a FTM to a 3 month old baby girl! I've lost my baby weight, but wasn't happy with my weight prior to getting pregnant so I'm trying to push myself further. I'm currently doing insanity Max 30 and running a few days a week!

I am in the same boat! Just got serious on my weight loss journey and started seeing progress, and got pregnant. We had actually started trying in January but I had no idea it would happen this fast for us. Very excited! This is my first pregnancy though! According to my cycle, I am due November 17! :)

My current goals are to lose weight, but in the best way possible. Recently started going to the gym more and doing more intense workouts, but am also starting IIFYM. I'm very new to the word of nutrition and counting macros, so this will be a new struggle for me to overcome! Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated!
