My mother in law makes it a point to mention that she has an older picture of me when I was much heavier which I find to be weird and evil. I told my dh and he agrees which is one of the many reasons we rarely ever see her. Ignore these ppl because the best form of " revenge " is living well. Continue on your journey and…

You look great!

I would delete as well. Also there are several of my friends, like myself that have open diaries and I have never thought once to look at anyone else's. ..idk I find it weird, let alone actually pm someone about what they are eating.

I am 5'7 and I currently weigh 181 and wearing a size 12 and most 10 (I have a big bitt...lol) My normal weight is 165 or so (pre pregnancy ) which was a size 8 and some 10's. I am the same way OP! I am also 5'7 and have alays been told the same thing and at my highest weight which was 242 lbs I still only wore a size 16. Also at my lowest which was between 158-165 I wore a size 6 as well. I lift heavy and have always had a good amount of muscle mass and I also never gained a ton in my…

I prefer to weigh daily, even several times a day to track fluctuations. I also am afraid to do it any less because I don't want to miss a new low if that makes sense...lol

I am currently breastfeeding my 20 month old twins and I lift heavy weights 4 times a week and cardio 5 to 6 times a week. I have to eat between 1700 (which is the very lowest I would go without working out) to about 2300 with working out and eating back one session of breastfeeding session. If you don't eat enough…

Put your info in mfp and every time you breastfeed, add that info to the food menu and it will add calories back to your calorie budget.

I have an iud and I still breastfeed my 20 month old twins. It is super difficult to loose the weight. I work put at least 5 days a week and I am doing my best to stay within my caloric goal. I also don't add all my breastfeeding calories back to prevent over eating. I have lost a few pounds but it isn't significant. I…

My calorie count 1760....add me!

Wawa has many options but you just have to make sure you have the calories. I get shorties if I want a hoagie or yogurt and even a pretzel on the go. Most list their calorie count or look them up on MFP. Gl

I really like TJ jasmine green tea which has a great light floral note.

I just added my vitamin on mfp and it does track it. What's weird is it will mention that my pill is high in vitamin D yet not the others...idk But you can either scan it or use the search engine to find your brand.

You can also make your own. Check pinterest.

I use EVOO, coconut, peanut /ground nut, rice bran, grape seed oil. I've read posit I've reviews on walnut, pumpkin, and avocado oils but they are so expensive. I have seen them in Marshalls, TJ, and TJ Maxx cheager tHan amazon and other places, yet still pricey...one day I will try them
