Also is there a particular way to log foods in MFP? As I eat lot of Indian food, I try to search and log the more appropriate entry..? May be that's misleading me in terms of cal count..??

I think about that sometimes but I try my best to portion control and eat .. I have been a rice water from my childhood as its a staple food in south of India .. Now j have switched to other healthy firms of carbs.. Even if I have to eat .. I eat one cup of cooked rice for lunch only..
