When I followed the same pattern 2014 I lost 30 lbs after second delivery. But this time around the same diet is not working. But noting all your suggestions to see where I am doing wrong. Sometimes I feel may be the hormones imbalance may cause this due the miscarriage but am not sure.

Not using food scale but my day looks like this: 1 cup oatmeal in morning , veg salad sometimes quinoa with veg lentils for lunch and wheat Roti and veg. 2 coffee plus 2 snack

Many a times when I stuck to very light food for dinner by 6 pm I tend to see my scale goes down..may be time to get some food scale..Iam a vegetarian n replaced white rice with brown rice/quinoa and I eat veggies n lentils..so…

I find circuit training under cardio exercises and log it for duration of 20 mins and it comes to 220 calories burned. i log it that way and I don't really care about exact calories burned..lesser the better for me so I don't eat back

Great job!! Kudos to you .. Am little behind on day 5 complete..going to give it my all from tomorrow. I have the motivation but I need lone time for exercise and that's not possible with 4 n 1 yr old. So hoping to get early in the morning to finish my workouts n do mindful eating..hope I an do this.

Hi Kelly, It's in YouTube ...I would say it's easy but it's a long workout of 55 mins. And you have to be careful about your knees afterwards. I felt little strain in my knees and I used to do this routines as part of boot camp at Y..last summer.

I feel that using 8 lbs (just bcoz i don't have smaller weights) made me to look forward for jumping jacks as it really feels cardio is lighter than strength exercises

Day 4 - could not accommodate the workout but planning to do it tomm n Sunday too. I feel great with 3 day workouts but have to straighten up my diet....

Done with day 3 level 1..I could handle 8 lbs better then the day 1. Not being very strict on food intake ..all home cooked veg meals but white rice is my weakness..not able to go off it 100%

I wish to go 6 days a week n complete the course sooner than dragging. Last time I tried in oct and halfway through level 1 I started getting compliments as I was toning..couldn't finish level 3 as I went out of country for vacay. This time I want to go until the end without hiccups n start another program to lose 45…

Am on level 1 too..day 5 today....my scale showed 6 lbs increase after I started the program last week but am glad it was water weight n came down today ..184 lbs..goal is to get to 170 by mid oct..but I already feel leaner ..love JM..Gud luck to all of u and looking fwd to share our experiences ..
