Not losing weight but inches lost
From Jan until now , I have lost 10 lbs and started 4 times a week run/walk in treadmill. And also being under my MFP calorie count why am not losing weight. Heard that it's healthy to lose 8 pounds a month.. Though I could see my inches coming off not very happy to see weight remains more or less same.. Any tips or advice?
