Sometimes just seeing others hard work and success can be enough to keep you at it! And getting those comments and little check ins from MFP friends. Keep your head in the game and find a way to work out that frustration. Recently for me it's boxing -- Really take out my frustration on the bag or my sparring partner! LOL…

Soooo I attempted to do a 2 hr bike ride this a.m.. but fate had other plans, apparently. 5 miles into my ride (well 4.89 to be exact) my back tire blew out! So guess who got to walk back! Well and then I did a cpl jogging miles as well as the park ranger saw me walking the bike he said he could take the bike for me but…

@mommyknits Good for you!! That also sounds very peaceful and relaxing....enjoy. Only got in 15 mi today...and they were a bit of a struggle as I did boxing this a.m. so by the time I rode my upper body was starting to not be happy with me!! Lol

It was great! I used take spin 3x/wk. I forget how much I enjoy....glutten for punishment I guess! Rode about 20 miles today.
