Hi Yogi323 I'm not on an autoimmune protocol, but I would be happy to be one of your MFP friends. I do eat some dairy (cheese, yogurt and kefir), some nuts, and nightshades. Cutting out the grains, processed sugars, and artificial sweeteners has really helped improve my well being.

I use Thrive for many of my staples and I have saved a lot of money over Sprouts and Whole Foods. The packaging has always been great (even over-packed a bit in the beginning), and everything arrives fresh.

I would add half an avocado and maybe a slice of uncured bacon to your breakfast. Lunch sounds good. Maybe add healthy fat like coconut or avocado oil. You need to slowly work your way back up to that higher calorie intake. Don't jump on it all at once. It is ok to drop a little more weight as you find your sweet spot for caloric intake. Maybe set your goal at 1 or 2 pounds less than you are and set weight loss at the minimum per week the drop down allows and shoot for 5…
