  • Agree with the above comments. it is not that hard to eat clean on the road. I have a lot of food allergies and have to be very careful of what I eat.   • 1200 calories seems a bit on the low side. As you lose weight, your body burns less calories....in my opinion it is better to start at 1500 and as you lose weight and become more fit you can drop down to about 1400 or so. The body is an amazing machine and always adapts. I only eat 1400 calories a day to lose weight ONLY…

  • Very cool! You look AWESOME! I'm looking into counting my macros myself, but I find it super confusing. I actually had my Resting Metabolic rate tested and mine is lower (about 200-300 calories) lower than the averages given, Thus it makes me confused about where my macros should be.
