Whatever you like to eat and add in something new to try. I have plenty of salad greens, fetta, olives, pickles, different dressings for salads, bacon, BACON lol, eggs, tinned fruit, cream cheese, good whole egg mayo, good mustard and cream.

I do this too but I have been making an effort to catch myself and think something positive and if that doesn't work ising a song in my head until it passes.

Diet coke and Pepsi max are not evil or satan and thus far have not made me want to eat more or crave sweets. Alcohol however.... Well that is another issue entirely.

I try and get everything from diet alone. No vitamin pills of any sort required thus far and no problems have arisen.

I take my own for myself and my kids. Usually I pack popcorn, some sweets for the kids and either juice boxes, water or some home made iced tea or cordial. I don't usually eat but if I am hungry I will nearly always pack a sandwich or a roll. Sometimes I have been known to buy sushi rolls but they can be messy and you…

Planning ahead and pre logging helps. Finding new ways of cooking calories laden recipes also helps me a lot. You still get your fav yummy foods without it eating most of your calories away in one sitting.

Eat whatever you feel like. I don't think there is a miracle food for weightloss.

I find going out for a walk is fabulous therapy if the weather allows :)

I tend to make my own "recipes" based on what is in a meal if I can't find a decent entry on the database. So I just insert the ingrediants I ate and the recipe builder gives me a total calories for the meal I just ate. I had to do this yesterday for my Tom yum noodle soup. Don't to forget to account for oil and…

Every day I weigh myself in the morning before my shower. I log it once a week on a Monday morning. Not at all bothered by fluctuations when I know I have eaten right, weighed everything and have been getting my exercise in.

There is a dedicated night shift thread I believe http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/comment/32787780#Comment_32787780 There is also a support and motivation section of the forum that might help you out more with advice. I had a few false starts over the years due to varying factors. One thing that has helped…

There should be options you can select at the left if I remember correctly where you choose to show between different values like weight lost, actual weight etc . It should give you these options during the process of editing.

Herbs mostly at the moment. I need to put a box in the front yard for the sun but I would love to grow my own salad greens, bokchoy, broccoli, zucchinis. I tried tomatoes but they didn't happen for me :( I would love to grow melons in summer but I just don't have the room.

Steriods are your partners friend. My mother and father both passed away recently from that insidious piece of crap disease. If he is not on steroids with his chemo speak to his dr about this as an option. It helped my parents tremendously with their appetite during treatment. I wish you and yours well.
