Use the MFP app. I also use a kitchen digital scale to weigh everything. Log everything you put into your mouth. Try and move a little more. I have only been doing this 7 weeks but I am consistently losing using that formula. Just keep going. I tell myself that every single morning.

I can see my waist. I know it's a small nsv but I had a top on today that was kinda tight and I actually liked the shape of my waist. Nice and curvy. Before it was lumpy and gross.

I'm more or less in the start phase, it's only been 5 weeks. I walk. I plan on doing c25k when I get under 100kgs. I do 30ds but I can't get through a whole workout without stopping on level one. Fitness blender also provide great videos for free. We all start somewhere :)

I buy at the market not at the supermarket and that saves a lot of money. I have two kids and a partner also and we eat on a budget. I find filling most of the plate with veg or salad a lot cheaper, also buying in bulk and making your own from scratch rather than pre-packaged foods saves money also.
