  • Everyone has bad days. Just last weekend I ate 1300 calories above my goal. I just tell myself that it's in the past and I need to strive for the future.

  • Feel free to add me. I've only been logging my intake for the last 3 weeks (since I started exercising). My diary is open and my intake is usually around 40-50% fat. I'm not big on veggies and love anything salty. It's not about what you eat, it's about how much you eat
  • I'm a bit different than most. I currently weigh 112, 5'3", and I am 34. I normally eat 1700-2000 cals a day and I am able to maintain. I led a pretty lazy lifestyle until recently. No kids with an office job
