I eat little snacks often to keep hunger at bay. 70cal cereal bars 80cal crisps fruit.... I have roughly two 400cal meals or one big one and snack in btwn. Kale chips sound good how are they made

I started on Sunday. I'm finding it easy so far I have around 30lb to lose
