    Make some kale chips! They're light and will give you something to munch on :)

    I eat little snacks often to keep hunger at bay. 70cal cereal bars 80cal crisps fruit.... I have roughly two 400cal meals or one big one and snack in btwn. Kale chips sound good how are they made
